Aron Eisenberg is an accomplished actor, director and photographer. He made his television debut in the 1989 series Straight Up. This led to roles in Tales from the Crypt, Amityville: The Evil Escapes, Parker Lewis Can’t Lose, The Wonder Years, Star Trek: Voyager and many others. His film credits include Puppet Master III, The Liars’ Club with Wil Wheaton and Streets with Christina Applegate. Perhaps best known to audiences around the world as Nog, Aron portrayed the lovable Ferengi for seven seasons on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Aron reprised the role for Star Trek Online and participated in the recent documentary What We Left Behind: Looking Back at Deep Space Nine. Aron has been featured in professional stage productions around the United States including The Indian Wants the Bronx, On Borrowed Time and Minor Demons (Arizona Zony Award for Best Supporting Actor). He has directed several stage productions including The Business of Murder at the Conejo Players Theater.
Aron continues to act, appearing recently in Walk to Vegas, Renegades and Blade of Honor. Aron is incredibly popular at conventions around the world, often appearing in makeup and costume as Nog with his “Ferengi family”. He owns Aron Scott Photography, a California based photography business. Aron currently hosts a well-received podcast entitled The Seventh Rule, also featuring his Deep Space Nine costar Cirroc Lofton. He is an advocate for organ donation, having been the recipient of two kidneys. Aron resides in California with his wife Malissa and two children Christopher and Nicholas.
